Each 2.5 lb pack serves 8-10 and comes with 2lbs of gravy & 1.5lbs of Mild Italian Sausage. Au Jus (gravy) packaged separately from beef. Beef comes fully cooked. Just gently warm Au Jus, add beef, and let the sandwich making begin!
